Private Lessons

Whether you are just beginning, or you have been painting for some time, I offer
a multitude of classes. Each class specifically designed to your desires and goals.
Color theory is my specialty, painting is my other strong suit. If you have been
wanting to try watercolors, acrylic painting or you just need to get back into it
after a long break, I will create a class for you.
Classes are bundled 4 two hour @ $150 or if you just need one hour class $45.
The 4-class bundle should be used in 4 months and will expire after that.

Home School Lessons

I have lessons plans for middle schoolers and high schoolers. Perspective drawing
(exploration of Davinci), Painting, Watercolor, and will offer clay with a pit fire. I
will be happy to discuss any specific classes your students would like to explore.
Classes are bundled (4) 1.5hour @ $150.

Art at the Barn: More Dates Coming

All my classes are set up the same. Students will sketch up concepts, work on small practice pieces, then work on one large painting. There will be a variety of mediums used throughout the process. Explore available classes below.

Paint Animals: June 12-16

Students will be able to choose which animal they would like to paint on canvas. We will do small examples in our sketch books using different mediums. We will learn about color and shading. We will look at other artists and talk about what makes them unique.

The Art of Abstract: June 26-30

We will study Picasso, Okeefe, and Frankentahler. The final piece will be a self-portrait Picasso style. We will do mockups in our sketch books using different mediums.
